Oh look, it's been six months since I said I planned to keep posting Fannish 50 recs, then failed to write a single rec post. Shocking! </sarcasm> Oh well, better late than never. And what a surprise, it's a Quark/Odo vid! Will the wonders never cease? 😜

This is one of the top, if not the top, Quodo vids I keep coming back to again and again. I love the song, and think it is a beautiful fit for Quark/Odo. The editing makes it seem like Quark is saying the bits of the song Avril sings and Odo is saying the bits blackbear sings, which creates a wonderful back and forth that is such a perfect reflection of Quark and Odo's relationship. The ending fits beautifully with the lyrics "I love it when you hate me," playing over Odo and Quark laughing together in sickbay at the end of "The Ascent." It's just too perfect. <3
